Privacy Policy – All Apporilla Games
This privacy policy governs your use of free or paid mobile games and applications developed and/or published by Apporilla for the Android and iOS operating systems.
Data Collection
This application may transmit personal information to our servers limited to the ip address of the device at the time the application is launched and a random number created by the Unity player called the deviceUniqueIdentifier for the purpose of checking if newer versions of the application are available, to highlight a players score in the leaderboard and to get aggregate counts of unique application installs and game play sessions. This information is not persisted or shared with anyone. A local history of game play may be stored on the device.
Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the cost of the Application free. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including the unique identification ID of your mobile device, ip address, wifi mac address, IMEI or phone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, they generally use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non-precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere.
The free version of this application contains advertisements, however the paid version does not. Nothing is sent to advertisers in the the paid version of this game.
Third Party APIs – Other
In order to enhance the user experience by showing users scores from the best players, both the free and paid versions of this application implement the GooglePlayGames SDK and the iOS versions contain the Apple GameCenter SDK. These SDKs may make a connection to their own servers from within this application and send to it’s own servers personal information such as unique device identifiers and ip address at the time of the connection and possibly other information that we are not aware of. What are my opt-out rights?
Mobile application developers should be aware of which mobile advertising networks and other third parties they are working with in order to determine if that ad network or other third party is offering an opt-out. We recognize that the mobile marketplace continues to experiment with different types of opt-out mechanisms – and strongly encourage the mobile application developer community to participate in these experiments to the benefit of consumer privacy interests.
Opt-out options for users of this Application
Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application – You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You
may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Data Processing
What data are we processing?
We do not collect or process any data about you. We do collect aggregate statistics about installs and game sessions. ex. Today we had 1000 people play game X and 100 new installs. For each install we collect your IP address for the purpose of determining what country you are in and the language setting of your device as reported by Unity
How are we processing the data?
The process is called an “group by” in SQL. we take the raw data and group it or filter it by game, date, time, language, etc.
For which purpose are we processing it?
Data is processed to determine what new features to add. ex. what languages to support in future releases of games
